For me, public speaking is an area of significant personal growth. Over my career, I have made the journey from being completely terrified to now having a passion for and truly enjoying the opportunity to share in a public forum.  I treasure the experience of sharing successes, failures, ideas, and best practices with an audience. I am fortunate to speak frequently on a range of topics at regional, national, and international events. I have also guest lectured at the University of Colorado, Metro State College, and Portland State University and was previously an adjunct professor in the University of Phoenix graduate business program.
